1. The signal valve of the control cabinet does not operate. On the premise of installing the positioner, the pneumatic regulating butterfly valve is installed with a solenoid valve after field observation.

Solution: remove the solenoid valve, remove strong electrical interference equipment normal operation (note: the function of the solenoid valve is to play the role of the valve switch, the role of the locator is to use 4 to 20 ma signal control valve opening, so there is no need to install the solenoid valve in the premise of a locator).

2, automatic switch to manual state, switch back to automatic; Because the field operator used too much force to pull the clutch, the internal gear got stuck and could not be pulled back automatically.

Solution: when the clutch is pulled, the handwheel should rotate back and forth to release the internal turbine, so as to easily achieve automatic hand switch (when the hand is automatically switched, be sure to pull up the yellow sleeve beside).

3. The valve works normally, but the feedback is always in the state of 100%. Only after communication with the field wiring personnel did we know that the field lines are thick lines, and the hard connection is not very convenient.

Solution: replace the regular screw model; It is recommended that thin lines be used for connection.
