Check whether the valve number and specification meet the requirements of the drawing carefully,after you buy from Gost Globe Valve Supplier or others.
Flange check valve stem and disc open for flexibility, no sticking and deflection.
Check valves for damage and correct and complete threads of threaded valves.
Check the seat and body firmly, disc and seat, cover and body, stem and disc connection.
Please check whether the valve gasket, packing and fasteners (bolts) are suitable for working medium properties.
Should be removed, dust, sand and other debris should be cleaned with water.
Check seal level. Disc must be closed tightly.
